On the February 28th episode of tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block‘, MBC’s new drama ‘Wonderful World‘ star Kim Nam-joo appeared as a guest.
Kim Nam-joo shared, “When I was cast in this drama and people asked who I would be working with, I told them it was Cha Eun-woo. They asked if I would be playing his mother. Some even asked if I would be his romantic partner. Don’t worry, I’m not. I still have a conscience.“
She continued, “When I first saw Cha Eun-woo, I wondered if he was even real. He was so unrealistically handsome. At first, I was happy to hear that he would be in the same drama as me, but my second thought was how I would look next to him in photos. I thought to myself, ‘I definitely can’t teach him how to act. He can’t be good at acting too.’ If Cha Eun-woo is good at acting, what will I do for a living?“
However, Kim Nam-joo also added, “We helped each other out a lot. He’s such a good person that he’s almost like a ‘fraudulent character,’ but if a person is that perfect, it’s hard to dislike them.“
When asked, “If you were to be reborn, would you choose to be Kim Seung-woo or Cha Eun-woo?”, she answered, “I would choose Kim Seung-woo. He’s my best friend.”
