Song Joong-ki expresses his affection for ‘Handsome Guys’, saying that Jung Woo-sung’s visuals are impossible for him to follow.
Actor Song Joong-ki attended the second gala viewing (GV) event for the movie ‘Handsome Guys’ on the afternoon of the 5th at the Lotte Cinema World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul. Actors Lee Sung-min, Song Joong-ki, and director Nam Dong-hyeop were also present at the event.
Song Joong-ki Enjoys “Fun” Screening of “Handsome Guys”
Song Joong-ki, who previously worked with Lee Sung-min in the JTBC drama ‘Reborn Rich,’ joined the audience for a regular screening before the gala viewing.
“I watched the movie from the back. It was fun,” he said. “I watched it, giggling, wondering why the chairman became like this.”
Song Joong-ki Appreciates “Experimental Film”
He expressed his appreciation for the film’s unique style. “It’s an experimental film,” he said. “As an actor, I thought about how I would have acted if I were there on the set, and it was clear that the set would have been fun.”
“I’ve seen scripts in a similar genre to ‘Handsome Guys’ and I’ve hoped they would be made. So I’m happy,” he added.

Lee Sung-min proposed an exciting possibility for the future. “If the movie is successful and there is a season 2, how about having handsome guys Jung Woo-sung and Song Joong-ki come out and act between Jae-pil and Sang-goo?”
Song Joong-ki’s response had the audience laughing. “I don’t want to be next to Woo-sung either. He’s someone you shouldn’t touch.,” he said.
The audience’s applause indicated their desire for a season 2. Lee Sung-min, responding to the question of romance in a potential sequel, said, “I want to do romance.”
